The gentleman named Xavier, and the lady named Kim were exceptionally helpful to both my husband and myself- both in their demeanor, and also their ability to give us correct information. They assisted us even trying to get onto our Wi-Fi, which was a big problem until they helped us. With people like them working for Fairfield we would return again!! thank you for your service… The ladies that prepare the rooms were also extremely pleasant to us each time we made contact with them. Young man working when we checked in later in the evening was super friendly and extremely helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Traveling for husband's Dr. appointments down at U of M so location was close to hospital and room rate was reasonable. Definitely would stay again.

The selection of food and drinks made available for breakfast were great! The staff were also very helpful and responsive to my needs. There was also ample parking space and the property was located in a nice area away from heavy traffic.
