Fairfield Inn Ann Arbor

The gentleman named Xavier, and the lady named Kim were exceptionally helpful to both my husband and myself- both in their demeanor, and also their ability to give us correct information. They assisted us even trying to get onto our Wi-Fi, which was a big problem until they helped us. With people like them working for Fairfield we would return again!! thank you for your service… The ladies that prepare the rooms were also extremely pleasant to us each time we made contact with them. Clean, comfortable bed and pillows, food was well cooked - not slimy eggs and sausage like most hotels

The selection of food and drinks made available for breakfast were great! The staff were also very helpful and responsive to my needs. There was also ample parking space and the property was located in a nice area away from heavy traffic.

Extremely kind and helpful staff. Everyone was smiling and asking how they could help. Very nice breakfast too. There is an indoor pool as well.

Breakfast cereals choice was excellent as was bread for toasting variety
